This is certainly one of the better, more cost effective solutions I have come across, with a starting rate at just £2.95 per month.
Site 5 Hosting
Site 5 was one of the best web hosts, that I have personally used. They have all the advanced technology and despite having moved all my hosting over to our New Zealand web hosting provider – Hosting Direct, I cant complain at all about the service I have received from them over the last years.
In particular, I managed to solve an problems i had in under 15 mins during a live chat session with the support team. As a side note they were one of the first hosting companies to provide me with FastCGI and Ruby on Rails support.
