Increase Windows XP / Vista Performance – Boost Computer with eBoostr
MDO announced the new development of there product eBoostr™.
eBoostr™ allows you to add an additional ram stick to your computers another layer of performace cache. For windows XP. There is now no longer a need to buy Vista to get the most our of this functionality as this is now included as part of this program which runs on Windows XP.
This semi-new application (although been out for a while now) boosts your windows startup times and boosts the performance of your applications as well as the sppeding up of your applications. The benefit of this means that your computer doesn’t have to access secondary cache on your hard drive to access programs any more.
eBoostr™ Main Features include:
- Simulates Windows Vista’s Ready Boost Mechanism on your Windows XP Machine.
- Caches the files of your most frequently accessed programs to avoid the delayed start up times you would normally get.
- Supports both USB and non-USB devices.
- Allows up to 4 devices for simultaneous cacheing.
This product proves to show best results for frequently used applications and data. eBoostr™ is an efficient, money-saving and technically easiest solution to the problem of insufficient RAM or slow hard disks. This product will probably be a big seller to laptop buyers and owners due to the fact that laptop resources (Ram and extra memory) are more expensive, harder to upgrade and by definition often slower than the equivelant on a desktop PC.

This is definitely a very cool application for increasing computer performance, but I’ve written a series of posts on how you can simply configure Windows more effectively to increase computer speed, do check it out:
